During our assessments in earlier this year, paediatricians diagnosed two children in urgent need of heart surgery and thanks to the help of local doctors, both children have now received their operations and are recovering well.
Our physio/speech therapist continues to create miracles for the special needs children who used to spend every day lying alone in their cots. They are now running around unaided and no longer separated from the other children.
Child assessment reports created during our last visit identified children who would never be reunited with families, as a result two adoptions are now in process.
